Design and scale operational processes for the Ambassador Network, from onboarding and task assignment to delivery execution and quality control. Identify operational bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement, and translate them into scalable product and process solutions. Collaborate with operations stakeholders to understand challenges, gather requirements, and transform them into actionable initiatives.
Requirements
Strong business mindset with hands-on experience in operational environments. Proven ability to work with business and product metrics, define KPIs, and use data for decision-making. B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team.
