Ensure optimal performance of assigned categories within the Marketplace unit by generating deep insights, identifying opportunities, analyzing the market and competitors, anticipating risks, and driving strategic decisions. Co-create and lead the annual regional plan for categories, aligning goals with countries and orchestrating end-to-end execution. Develop and present business cases to drive profitable growth of categories, supporting commercial teams. Lead the creation of periodic strategic documents for weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews presented to regional leadership and category stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. At least 6 years of experience in leadership roles in Strategic Planning, Category Management, Project Management, or Consulting, focusing on performance and execution commercial strategies. Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools such as SQL, Big Query, and Tableau. Advanced English and Portuguese skills are desirable.
