The role involves advising and guiding customers on financial and non-financial solutions, promoting digital adoption, and facilitating transactions for the Bancolombia group to ensure easy, close, reliable, and timely customer service. The incumbent must also continuously update their knowledge regarding the financial and non-financial portfolio, risk policies, and required processes.
Requirements
Candidates must be recent graduates of a technical, technological, or professional program, ideally in administrative, engineering, or finance-related fields, with a minimum of six months of commercial and financial sector experience. Essential requirements include knowledge of the bank's portfolio, strong negotiation and sales closing skills, proficiency in office tools, financial risk analysis capabilities, teamwork, adaptability, and availability to travel between assigned locations.
