Collections Product Lead
Plata CardCore Responsibilities
Build and maintain the end-to-end precollections and collections customer journey across all stages and channels in the Colombian market. Identify friction points and redesign journeys to improve recovery performance and customer experience. Design and launch end-to-end collection strategies, including tailored repayment plans and self-service resolution flows. Own channel orchestration across various communication methods to optimize engagement.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Product Management, Customer Lifecycle, Credit Risk, Collections, or Lending Operations in fintech, banking, or consumer lending. Proven track record of designing and optimizing digital customer journeys. Strong understanding of collections processes in high-growth environments. Fluent/Native Spanish and B2 or higher English level.
