QuintoAndarCore Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary projects from start to finish: understand the problem, create a structured viewpoint, design the solution, and ensure implementation. Act as the PMO for the area, controlling the initiative roadmap, tracking deliveries, managing dependencies, and ensuring progress on priority fronts. Generate analyses and insights from exported data, translating numbers into practical recommendations for leadership.
Requirements
Experience in business analysis, projects, or strategy, with a history of managing initiatives from start to finish in medium to high complexity environments. Strong analytical skills: able to work with data sets, interpret numbers, build analyses, and present insights clearly. Experience with project management or PMO, roadmap control, deadline management, and delivery visibility.
