Core Responsibilities

Support and guide the team by assisting with onboarding and training junior team members. Partner with engineering teams to support equipment bring-up and provide feedback on process validation. Execute complex assemblies of electric engines using various equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Perform detailed inspections and maintain line health through routine equipment maintenance.

Requirements

An Associate’s Degree or equivalent industry experience with 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years focused on electric engine assembly. Proven experience in an R&D or early-stage production environment. Strong hands-on experience with mechanical and electronic assemblies and proficiency in using measurement and inspection tools.
