Develop, implement, and oversee the comprehensive maintenance and facilities management strategy aligned with corporate objectives. Plan, manage, and optimize maintenance budgets, including CAPEX and OPEX. Lead and coordinate the maintenance and facilities team, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field. Minimum 7 to 10 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance management, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment. At least 5 years in a managerial role supervising maintenance teams and external contractors.
