Pasante PX (Recursos Humanos)

Provide support to the People Experience team in implementing initiatives aimed at improving colleague experience, engagement, internal communication, organizational culture, and HR processes. Actively participate in organizing events, wellness projects, information management, and support activities at the Plant.

Active university student in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or related fields. Availability to work up to 20 hours per week. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Forms). Intermediate to advanced English.

Initial duration of 6 months (renewable up to 12 months based on performance and agreement with the university). Monthly stipend. Medical coverage. Lunch at the plant. Leave for exams, illness, and accidents.
