Act as a focal point for Corbans partners, addressing demands related to CRM usage, invoices, commission payments, and urgent process mediation. Support the Account Manager by bridging communication between partners and internal stakeholders. Create and manage communications regarding updates on banking processes and operational rules. Encourage partner engagement in surveys, training, and incentive campaigns organized by the area.

Previous experience in Customer Success, B2B Support, or Partner Relationship Operations. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and AI tools for routine optimization and analysis. Proficient in Google Workspace for creating presentations and communications. Experience or ease of navigation in CRM platforms like iSolve or Salesforce. Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills. Business-level English.
