What You'll Do
Analyze HR indicators and propose solutions for the business. Provide internal consulting and address internal client demands. Support processes related to workforce management, personnel costs, training, performance, and succession.
What We're Looking For
Experience in the Business Partner role. Intermediate knowledge of Office 365. Analytical skills, conflict resolution, and internal client service capabilities. Knowledge of organizational culture, diversity, leadership development, and change management.
