Ingeniero/a de Software QA de Practicas de Performance TI (Semi Senior)

Plan, design, and execute software tests leveraging automated practices and DevOps pillars. Identify and evaluate risks in testing projects and ensure alignment with organizational objectives. Standardize and automate test scenarios to promote reuse and reduce certification efforts. Document software defects using bug tracking systems and collaborate with the team following adopted frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in systems engineering or related fields. Essential knowledge in DevOps, Jmeter, AWS monitoring, and infrastructure deployment. Experience in performance testing, infrastructure monitoring, and relational and non-relational databases.

You will receive 14.12 legal salaries and 4.28 guaranteed extralegal salaries per year. Based on performance, you can earn up to 47.37% of variable compensation on your annual salary. The position offers up to 20 days of paid vacation and indefinite term hiring.
