Consolidate, analyze, and provide strategic visibility on operational and training indicators, creating and evolving control panels, reports, and clear visualizations to guide decision-making. Structure an integrated view of indicators and operational processes, connecting performance gaps to training needs to formulate, monitor, and measure action plans. Lead strategic training projects guided by data, from diagnosis and defining success indicators to tracking execution and visibility of results.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields. Experience in data analysis, creating dashboards, and transforming metrics into action plans, with proficiency in visualization tools, Google Workspace, AI, and basic SQL and automation knowledge. Must be available to work on-site in Contagem from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:48, and have availability for travel.
