ITO Windows & Infrastructure - Líder COE

Lead the Center of Excellence (COE) for Windows and Infrastructure Servers, focusing on technical governance and team development. Define and implement standards, frameworks, and best practices for the discipline. Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and support talent allocation based on client needs.

Solid experience with Windows Server environments (2016 to 2025), Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO, and PKI. Knowledge of hybrid identity environments, especially Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Experience in virtualization and hyperconvergence technologies such as VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V.
