What You'll Do
Monitor compliance indicators monthly to ensure correct payment execution and prevent fines. Conduct periodic audits of HR information systems to detect irregularities and establish remediation plans. Communicate and implement policies to ensure proper interpretation of regulations, reducing risks and strengthening compliance.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Finance, or related fields. 3 years of experience in Controllership, Payroll, Auditing, or Accounting. Intermediate English proficiency.
