Manage last mile transportation operations with drivers contracted directly by Mercado Livre and achieve performance metrics by identifying root causes of deviations.
Requirements
Experience leading large teams with an inspiring communication profile. Experience in last mile transportation management and logistics operations, either in-house or operated by 3PL. Strong analytical skills and data management for decision-making, along with strategic vision and problem-solving orientation.
