Lead the operational governance and sustainability of the company by acting as a strategic bridge between Operations, Risk, Finance, and Product. Responsibilities include designing KPIs, managing budgets and forecasts, and optimizing processes to mitigate risks.
Requirements
Requires a degree in Industrial Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Management Control, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in operational or financial management control, preferably within the Fintech or financial sector, with advanced SQL and data visualization skills.
