Core Responsibilities

The Claims Specialist will be responsible for the assessment and settlement of claims within their authority, ensuring timely processing and orderly management of their claims queue using the proprietary XClaim platform. Key duties include managing day-to-day claims activities, owning claim approval, handling customer inquiries, and collaborating with Support and Content/Complaints teams to meet SLAs and NPS targets.

Requirements

Candidates need 1-2 years of experience handling online customer queries, ideally involving litigation, and must be fluent in English both verbally and in writing. A basic understanding of insurance products and terminology is required, with a Bachelor's or postgraduate degree being desirable.
