What You'll Do
Monitor the purchase order cycle: opening, open balances, aging, and closing unused orders. Control monthly provisions: gathering data from departments, calculations, and follow-ups. Manage the creation and maintenance of internal orders: opening, changes, blocking, and closing. Support reclassifications, reconciliations, and adjustments of marketing investment lines and indirect expenses.
What We're Looking For
Interest in operational routines of controlling (POs, provisions, internal orders) and basic knowledge of accounting/financial planning. Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, SUMIFS). Student of Accounting, Economics, or related fields, with availability for 2 years of internship, preferably in the evening shift. Minimum intermediate English proficiency.
