Provide client support for the Tax Utility community by managing queries via Salesforce and delivering basic troubleshooting. Conduct product demonstrations for clients and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the user experience.

Requirements

Requires 0-2 years of experience in client support, regulatory compliance, and financial data operations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree is required, with proficiency in Salesforce and Jira being preferred.
