Content Moderation Expert - Social Commerce

Lead the strategy and overall operation of content moderation across all formats, ensuring compliance with guidelines and balancing platform safety with user experience. Manage external vendor relationships, including contracting, defining service level agreements (SLAs), performance tracking, and payments. Implement automated tools using Artificial Intelligence and machine learning to scale processes, collaborating with IT, Product, and Business teams to define requirements.
Requirements
6 years of proven experience in content moderation for digital platforms, social media, streaming, or e-commerce, with a focus on scaling cross-functional processes and managing teams. Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (such as Looker or Tableau) for operational demand sizing and indicator tracking. Previous experience in selecting and managing external vendors, along with technical knowledge in applying AI tools for moderation. Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
