Manage program governance by defining classification matrices, standards, indicators, and project prioritization criteria. Conduct performance management forums with corporate and regional leadership and structure operational training and Lean culture initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or related fields. Proven experience in corporate roles involving the structuring, implementation, and governance of Operational Excellence Programs. Advanced knowledge of Lean methodologies and frameworks such as Six Sigma, DMAIC, and Kaizen.
