Core Responsibilities

Monitor Twilio's voice, SMS, and email traffic to ensure legality and compliance with company policies and CTIA requirements. Investigate bad actor behavior and identify trends to implement preventative solutions against fraud and abuse.

Requirements

Requires 1-2 years of experience in fraud, abuse, or compliance within ecommerce, FinTech, or telecommunications. Candidates must be willing to work non-traditional schedules and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
