The role involves advising and guiding customers on the financial and non-financial solutions, digital adoption, and services offered by the Bancolombia group to ensure easy, close, reliable, and timely customer service. The incumbent must also continuously update their knowledge regarding the financial and non-financial portfolio, risk policies, and required processes.
Requirements
Candidates must be recent graduates of a technical, technological, or professional program, ideally in administrative, engineering, or finance-related fields, and possess a minimum of six months of commercial experience within the financial sector. Essential requirements include knowledge of the bank's portfolio, skills in negotiation and sales closing, proficiency in office tools, financial risk analysis, teamwork, adaptability, and availability to travel between assigned locations.
