Sr. Manager, Market HR Partner

Connect people priorities to the business by partnering with leaders to translate strategies into local action. Advise managers on employee relations and performance matters, managing sensitive cases with HR and Legal partners. Support talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development while guiding teams through organizational change.

5+ years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in Market HR or employee relations. Strong knowledge of Mexican employment and labor requirements. Experience with HR systems and analytics, ideally Workday and Power BI. A bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Law, or a related field. Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
