Analista Pleno de Performance para Mercado Envios

Conduct quality inspections on operational processes, identify deviations, and implement corrective action plans. Map outdated operational flows, update work instructions, and align processes with the Excellence Program. Build queries and quality dashboards, automate analyses and manual routines, and identify opportunities through indicators.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in SQL (BigQuery) and data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Data Studio (Looker). Advanced knowledge of Google tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Forms, etc.). Certification and experience in Lean methodologies and tools is a plus.
