Identify improvement opportunities in the process to enhance the experience for sellers and buyers on our platform. Consolidate a highly efficient team with the highest safety standards and an excellent work environment within the Storage and Distribution Center. Guarantee that each shipping process is executed with excellence.
Requirements
2 years of experience in similar positions. Proven experience in leading teams of 20-30 people. Solid knowledge in Shipping, Picking, and production planning. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, advanced management of the MLS platform, and analysis of management indicators (KPIs). Availability to work night shifts.
