Define the motion strategy for the new Design System, creating a cohesive language for component behaviors and screen transitions. Create motion for offer cards and features to enhance engagement and understanding of the product. Ensure inclusivity in motion design by adhering to accessibility guidelines. Develop high-fidelity prototypes that simulate the final app experience for engineering and business stakeholders.

Advanced proficiency in Figma and motion tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Rive. Experience in defining Motion Guidelines for digital products. Ability to document motion for handoff with clear specifications for the development team. Strong visual design skills with the ability to create high-quality layouts and presentations.

Presence in the Campinas Metropolitan Region office is mandatory according to the current attendance policy.
