Support management in defining goals, building business models, and initiatives to accelerate internal processes. Improve hunting team management with performance visibility, priorities, and operational bottlenecks through dashboards and funnel organization. Develop automated solutions for generating and qualifying leads from real estate partners and standardize operational learnings.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with data manipulation, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace/Excel. Previous experience in business operations, customer success, finance, or related areas.
