The core responsibilities involve the daily application of customer payment receipts, preparing and posting various journals (credit card settlements, tax payments, direct deposits), and managing goods returns and customer refunds. This role also requires weekly reconciliation of cash and clearing accounts and assisting with cashier duties as needed.
Requirements
Candidates must possess an Associate Degree in Accounting, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, with two years of experience in a similar role; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous. Essential requirements include strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, robust time management, and proficiency in Microsoft applications.
