Lead Quality Analyst

Aim to shift quality to the left in alignment with senior client stakeholders. Partner with senior stakeholders to understand the product, create a quality strategy and ensure that the teams are empowered to implement it. Regularly carry out exploratory testing to gain insights and uncover potential risks. Coach team members across roles to help deliver better quality software and help them adopt a testing mindset.

Extensive experience as a Quality Analyst within a development team. Comfortable with agile methodologies, code management, deployment strategies, and release management. Experience with TDD, BDD, CI/CD, and testing models such as Test Pyramid. Advanced English level required.
