Lead the People Analytics function by establishing standards and methodologies for HR analytics. Implement the organization's People Analytics strategy and define the analytical evolution roadmap. Ensure data quality and integrity while designing and maintaining executive dashboards in SAP SuccessFactors.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Administration, or related fields. Desirable postgraduate degree in Analytics, Digital Transformation, Talent Management, or MBA. Experience in People Analytics and knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
