Core Responsibilities

The Fraud Strategy Specialist will design and implement anti-fraud strategies to protect affiliated merchants and Kushki from transactional attacks using advanced analysis, mathematical models, and effective rules, balancing fraud prevention with acceptance rates. Key functions include designing rule-based strategies, evaluating scoring rules, contributing to model development, analyzing transactional data, monitoring risks in real-time, and generating fraud KPI reports.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a degree in Administration, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field, coupled with a minimum of 4 years of experience in similar fraud prevention roles. Essential requirements include experience in banking, payment processors, or payment gateways within the technology industry, along with advanced proficiency in Office Suite (Excel), intermediate English, Business Intelligence tools (Power BI), and Database Management.
