Manage processes within IT areas and/or projects, ensuring operational sustainability. Develop work plans for process modeling and improvement according to defined scope. Conduct meetings to gather information from involved areas, document agreements, and follow up on them.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. 3+ years of experience as a process analyst, preferably in banking, IT services, or insurance. Experience in process modeling AS-IS and TO-BE and process improvement.
What We Offer
Hybrid work arrangement with attendance required 2-3 times a week at the office in Surquillo, Lima, Peru.
