Control the effective provision of contracted hours to private security companies in Fulfillment Centers, ensuring strict compliance with existing contracts. Manage the complete purchasing cycle, from loading Purchase Orders (PO) and tracking their approval to the correct allocation of supplier invoices. Supervise the payment execution to suppliers to ensure the operational continuity of contracted services. Monitor the daily management and control of the team's OPEX and CAPEX, optimizing resource usage.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or advanced student in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. Solid experience in managing the purchasing cycle, including Purchase Orders (PO) management, invoicing follow-up, and supplier negotiation/relationship. Proven ability in budget planning and daily control of financial variables such as CAPEX and OPEX. Proficiency in key purchasing and management platforms like SAP, ARIBA, or similar tools.
