Gerente de Vendas - Downtrade (Pequeno varejo)

Manage the regional team responsible for the Downtrade Project with a focus on achieving quantitative and qualitative results. Lead and develop the direct sales coordinators for the Downtrade project. Ensure alignment of information and strategies with the outsourced sales team and distributor. Monitor competitor activities in the region and ensure training for sales teams.

Bachelor's degree required; postgraduate education is a plus. Previous experience in commercial roles, preferably in consumer goods with distributors. Mandatory experience in direct or indirect sales for small retail. Leadership experience with direct teams is essential. Proficiency in Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; intermediate English is a plus.
