Email Security Analyst
KnowBe4Core Responsibilities
Investigate and classify suspicious emails to identify phishing, malware, spam, and benign attempts. Extract and document Indicators of Compromise from email headers, body content, and attachments. Research and monitor ongoing email-based threat campaigns, mapping attacker tactics to MITRE ATT&CK. Build and maintain internal threat intelligence datasets and participate in threat reviews.
Requirements
1-2 years experience in the field. An understanding of common cybersecurity threats such as domain spoofing and spear-phishing. Strong digital literacy and attention to detail. Vocational IT training, technical diplomas, or relevant certifications are encouraged.
