Key Responsibilities: Promptly answer inbound phone calls and emails, delivering a confident, high-end first impression. Qualify prospects by giving general service information and rough ballpark pricing guidelines. Own the master calendar. Schedule job site visits, client consultations, and follow-ups with zero double-bookings or missed confirmations. Receive, log, and file incoming vendor invoices into the systems daily to ensure accurate financial tracking. Assist with preparing billing, filling out vendor compliance forms, and supporting the permit application processes. Communicate shifting job site timelines clearly between clients and field teams via Slack.
Requirements
Qualifications: Fluent English verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional voice profile comfortable speaking directly with U.S. clients. Proficiency with HubSpot and Slack. Experience with construction project management software (such as Job Tread) is highly preferred, though training will be provided. Ability to think critically and navigate ambiguous tasks independently, proactively proposing solutions rather than just passing problems up the ladder. Highly responsive with exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple moving operational parts under tight timelines. Nice to have: Prior experience working with U.S.-based construction, home remodeling, or contracting companies. Experience utilizing Job Tread software.
