This role is responsible for orchestrating the Opportunity to Listing (O2L) journey, connecting end-to-end indicators to ensure property listings convert with maximum efficiency and quality. The function translates operational learnings into structural improvements to guarantee the sustainability and growth of the conversion funnel.
Requirements
Candidates must demonstrate advanced proficiency in SQL and Google Sheets for complex data modeling, along with experience in Performance, Strategy & Ops, or BI focusing on conversion and cohort metrics. Strong assertive communication skills and a high level of ownership are required, along with intermediate English proficiency.
