Completed professional training in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. At least 5 years of professional experience leading teams in process management, projects, and continuous improvement in logistics or industrial environments. Proven knowledge in process optimization methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.
