Control and monitor HR activities, providing support and guidance to the team in developing projects and actions. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and provide humanized support to employees. Plan and track performance indicators to guarantee the application of HR programs and policies.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields. Proven experience in payroll processes and advanced knowledge of labor legislation and union norms. Proficiency in HR management tools and Excel, with experience in payroll systems (SAP ECP).
