What You'll Do
Lead and develop a team composed of 7 multidisciplinary squads. Define and evolve the strategy for Experimentation and Feature Toggle platforms. Act as a transformation agent, promoting platform adoption across different areas of the bank. Create connections between product, technology, data, and business to accelerate value generation.
What We're Looking For
Leadership profile with a strong people orientation. Experience in managing product teams, platforms, or digital ecosystems. Knowledge in experimentation, A/B testing, feature flags, or digital enablement platforms. Ability to influence various stakeholders and navigate complex environments.
