App Owner Salesforce en Seguros - Operation & Regulatory (Ciudad de México, Miguel Hidalgo)

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Salesforce applications, ensuring their evolution, maintenance, and operational stability. Lead technology projects from planning and design to implementation and stabilization in production. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality releases by supervising testing, defect management, and compliance with standards.

3+ years of experience in managing Salesforce applications or leading IT teams. Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Strong technical and functional knowledge of Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, as well as experience with APIs, Apex, and CI/CD processes.

The position is based in Parques BBVA Mariano Escobedo, Mexico City, under a hybrid work scheme of 2 days in the office and 3 days of home office, Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
