Project Senior Analyst

Coordinates and disseminates information of process, policy and procedure changes. Ensures creation of project plans and stakeholder management plans. Tracks actual project costs and identifies variances. Acts as a point of contact between departments for project implementation.

5-8 years of experience in project management. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of operations processes such as call center, credit, and collections is a plus. Advanced level of English required.

Hybrid position with 3 days per week in-office. Minimal physical effort required, but high levels of prolonged concentration may be needed.
