Conduct external prospecting of new clients door-to-door in predefined routes to expand the partner base. Present and negotiate Stone's financial services and solutions. Actively participate in meetings for goal alignment, route planning, and knowledge sharing with the team. Provide consultative and high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and success.

High school diploma required. Communicative, dynamic, and proactive profile. Motivation to grow and develop in the commercial area.

Fixed salary with a variable compensation package that may include PLR, ILP, or commission based on eligibility.
