Data Scientist Technical Leader

Act as a technical reference for the Data Science team, guiding decisions related to solution architecture, modeling, experimentation, deployment, monitoring, and evolution of data and AI-based products. Monitor performance indicators of models and solutions in production, identifying anomalies, performance degradation, data drift, and improvement opportunities. Define and support strategies for retraining, updating, validating, and deploying models, ensuring that changes in production are communicated and monitored appropriately.

Solid knowledge in Data Science, including data exploration, supervised and unsupervised machine learning models, agents, and Generative AI. Experience with the lifecycle of models in production. Ability to identify and resolve vulnerabilities in models and systems, and lead complex and strategic projects.
