Core Responsibilities

The role involves conducting end-to-end recruitment processes, primarily for commercial and business positions within the Personal Banking area, while supporting leadership in defining profiles and managing expectations. Responsibilities also include managing job pipelines, monitoring recruitment indicators, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed higher education degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or related fields, along with prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in dynamic environments. Experience with Greenhouse ATS or in the financial/technology sectors is considered a differential.
