Responsibilities also include managing job pipelines, monitoring recruitment indicators, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributing to diversity and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
Candidates must have a completed higher education degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources, Communication, or related fields, along with prior experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes in dynamic environments. Experience with Greenhouse ATS or in the financial/technology sectors is considered a differential.
