Contracts Counsel

Review, draft, and negotiate agreements and transaction documents in compliance with applicable policies and legal standards. Provide advice during the approval process to assist business owners in making informed decisions. Interface with vendors and stakeholders to bring deals to closure and analyze business, financial, and legal risks.

4 years of work experience in a contracts-related role. Law Degree is preferred and must be licensed to practice law. Completion of IACCM Advanced Contract and Commercial Management Practitioner and IACCM 'Oil & Gas Contracting in Practice' preferred.
