Gen AI Software Engineer Senior

Develop scripts and tools to improve business processes such as onboarding, transactions, and reporting. Integrate generative AI and large language models into workflows for tasks like document handling and decision support. Design agent-based automations using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI to perform multi-step tasks independently. Collaborate with product, operations, and data teams to translate needs into automation solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. 5+ years of overall experience with 1-2 years in GenAI/Agentic AI technologies. Proficiency in Python and experience with TypeScript or JavaScript. Hands-on experience with LLMs, OpenAI API, and frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI. Understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques.
