What You'll Do
Manage the agency and ensure high performance in achieving objectives. Provide financial consulting to associates and manage operations and services. Develop new markets through external visits and maintain relationships with the community and social entities.
What We're Looking For
Experience in people management in agencies or similar market experience is mandatory. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields is required. Active Anbima certification (CPA 20 / CEA) and a valid driver's license (CNH) are mandatory.
