This role involves guiding teams in planning, adjusting projects that deviate from track, anticipating planning gaps, driving retrospectives, and overseeing resource allocation and tool management.
Requirements
Candidates typically need 7–10 years of experience in IT governance, IT projects, IT audit, or cybersecurity for this management-level role. Desired expertise includes Zero Trust architectures, modern security frameworks like NIST CSF 2.0 and/or ISO 27001, and maturity models, with leading digital transformation or AI deployment projects being a critical differentiator.
